Write to us

Write to contact@virtualverse.studio from the address you sign in with, and we answer within two working days. If a patient said something wrong or hurtful, tap the flag in the consultation or on the score sheet: it reaches us with the conversation.

Delete your account

• In the app: Your account, then Delete my account. An account of your own is deleted at once, with your scores and any credits left on it.
• Without the app: write to contact@virtualverse.studio from the account's address and ask us to delete it; we do so within 30 days and tell you when it's done.
• If a school added you, its records of your work are the school's: we delete your account with your school, within 30 days.

Deleting your account doesn't cancel MedSim Plus: cancel it in your store first, as below.

Credits

• A minute talking to a patient is 1 credit (3 on the MedSim headset app), and a typed consultation is 1. A call is counted by the second: it only uses the time it lasts.
• Learning on your own, you get a few free typed consultations every day and a few credits when you join. More credits come with MedSim Plus, or in packs from the App Store or Google Play.
• Credits don't expire.
• A pack you paid for but don't see yet arrives the next time you open the app. If it doesn't, write to us with the store's receipt.
• Refunds are made by the store you paid, under its own rules: Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, Google in your Google Play account's order history.

MedSim Plus

• MedSim Plus brings 120 credits a month, 10 free typed consultations a day and no ads. It renews each month or year until you cancel: cancel at least 24 hours before the current one ends, or your store charges for the next.
• To cancel: on an iPhone, Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions; on Android, Google Play, then your profile, then Payments and subscriptions. Deleting the app or your MedSim account doesn't cancel it.
• After you cancel, Plus lasts until the end of the time you paid for, and the credits it brought stay yours. Refunds are made by Apple or Google, under their own rules: Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, Google in your Google Play account's order history.
