Take the history
Ask anything, by voice or in writing. The patient answers in character, in English, Egyptian Arabic or Saudi Arabic.

Sayed Abdel-Moneim, a MedSim patient, talking to a student in the 3D consultation room.

Virtual patients for medical schools
MedSim puts 3D patients in front of every student. They take the history by voice, examine, order tests and diagnose, in English, Egyptian Arabic or Saudi Arabic, and every consultation is marked line by line.

The film
Filmed in the product itself: a full consultation, a case written with the AI, and a class followed attempt by attempt.
Plays from YouTube.

Choose anyone in the library and start the consultation in your browser: talk to them, examine them, order their tests and make the diagnosis.
Two free consultations in each browser, no sign-up. Schools get every patient and every score sheet.

The consultation
What a student does with a real patient: in the browser, on a phone or in a headset.
Ask anything, by voice or in writing. The patient answers in character, in English, Egyptian Arabic or Saudi Arabic.

Look, feel and listen where you choose. Findings appear as you examine, and you hear the heart and lungs at 14 points on the chest and back.

Choose from a full menu of blood tests, imaging, ECG and EEG. Results come back with their real-world turnaround, and tests the case didn't need cost points.

Choose a diagnosis, differentials and a plan. The AI marks the history and the plan and quotes the student's own words; examination, tests and diagnosis are scored by rule.

On every device
The MedSim app is live on Google Play and coming soon to the App Store. Students meet a new patient every day, keep a streak, and can stand the patient on their own floor in augmented reality.

For faculty
Answer a few questions and the AI drafts the whole case in Arabic and English. Your faculty change anything, choose who plays the patient, and publish it to their classes.

Pick a person from the MedSim people library, then change their skin tone, clothes and traditional dress for that case.

Answer a few questions and the AI writes the whole case in English and Arabic: the patient, the findings, the results and the score sheet. Change anything, then publish.

Assign a case to a class, follow attempts live, and open each one: the score sheet, the transcript and the plan. Change any mark with a reason, and release results when you're ready.

Add students by email or CSV, or share a join link that only your school's email addresses can use.
The people library
68 people of every age, in everyday clothes and work clothes, headscarves, galabeyas, thobes and shemaghs.
For institutions
Your school, its administrators and its monthly credits, ready from the first day.
The whole interface reads right to left in Arabic, and patients speak English, Egyptian Arabic or Saudi Arabic.
Cases across specialties and levels, written by AI and labelled so, for your educators to review and adapt.
Students practise in any modern browser, in the MedSim app on iPhone and Android (with the patient on their own floor, in augmented reality), and on Meta Quest 3.
Each school has monthly credits: a minute talking to a patient is 1, a typed patient 1. When they run out, students type their questions for free.
An educator can change any mark, and results reach students only when you release them.
